The only unique part of any DUST clone is their voice, which is the same as their old one.
Of course, this is really old info. It's totally possible that they might have changed some of it around. Maybe they have female templates now as well, which would explain the appearance of female mercenaries.
Combat clones will remain this way most likely (cept woman gender is now available and they're probably just as bland) they are also very tall starting at 7ft at least.
This does not dismiss the idea that we can have a instation social clone one day though that's highly customized and just as expensive as an eve clone. |

In the cartoons they all look the same so they use tatoos to differentiate each other. |

In the movies I believe they just had no difference except for voice and rank (The rank also made it so they had different suits) but other then that they just had a different name from each other. The cartoons are actually pretty okay. Anything with Anakin/whatshername stinks, anything with Obi-wan or some other pretty important character is so-so, anything focusing on the clones exclusively... usually can get pretty heavy, actually. There was one episode where two clone task forces were tricked into firing on one another by their traitor commander. The episode ended with him getting executed on screen. Another one with a clone manually detonating a group of thermal detonators so they could disable the broadcasting post he was stationed at. Droid commandos had essentially locked the clones out of the system, so blowing it up was the only way to effectively broadcast distress. They do a really good job of personifying the clones in this series. It bugs me that all the other episodes are so bland.
The most disposable characters.
Seem to have the most character including bad guys that get killed.

Also remember dust will have the character creation before release. There is a reference in the very first "Stranded" story to Balac knowing that a particular dead clone had his face, so perhaps the Beta generation mercs have more individuality? Either way, I'm dying for the customized characters.
Balac knew it was him. he died there remember? |
